Shipping Limitations
The ellisoneducation.co.uk website is intended for UK and EU visitors. For orders that need to be shipped outside of the European Union please visit our International Educators page or email internationalcustomerservice@ellison.com.

Ellison Europe ships primarily via DHL.  DHL cannot deliver to a post office box; a physical address must be provided during online check-out.

Shipping & Handling Charges
United Kingdom
All orders to be delivered in the UK are subject to a delivery charge of £9.95

European Union
All orders to be delivered to Europe will require a specific shipping charge which will be obtained based on the weight of your total order.  A member of the Ellison Europe Customer Services team will contact you regarding the shipping of your order.

Tracking Your Shipment
If you placed your order online, you will have received a confirmation email about your order with tracking information. If you did not receive this information, please Contact Us and provide us with your Ellison Europe Order Number and name. Tracking numbers are available one day after your order has been shipped.
